About Us General Agency Services was established in Santa Barbara in 1982 as a delayed expansion of the vision and initial investment activities of World Financial Independence Company established in 1973 in Van Nuys, California - operating informally on a volunteer pro-bono basis since then to further the mission and message of various scientific and spiritual leaders such as Bruce DePalma, Paramahamsa Tewari, Thomas Bearden, Sri Sathya Sai Baba, MV Nichidatsu Fujii, Reverend Yusen Yamato, HH Dalai Lama, Hopi Interpreter Thomas Banyacya, Mohawk Chief Jake Swamp, Lakota Chief Arvol Looking Horse, et al.  Now our mission is to apply this experience on behalf our clients to help us all to further our personal and financial success. The owner of General Agency Services, David Crockett Williams Jr., holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from California State University at Northridge, the Chartered Life Underwriter certification from the American College, has training in graphoanalysis, and has over 30 years experience working with scientific, religious and spiritual leaders while organizing and coordinating myriad events and networking projects outside the business world as a full time volunteer science researcher and activist for decades until August of 2006 when he moved back to Tehachapi California after two years retreat in Twin Oaks CA. | | |
